What is an "Alcohol Restricted Driver"?
An "Alcohol Restricted Driver" has full driving privileges with the condition that there is no alcohol in your system when you drive. This condition could be from 2-10 years depending on the condition.
How will this affect my driving privilege?
You will have full driving privileges. However, you may not drive with ANY alcohol in your system.
Reinstating your driving privileges
Once you are aligible to reinstate your driving privileges, you may go to the Department of Safety or DMV to have your license re-instated. You will be required to pay all associated fines at this time.
Our system will alert you in several ways; automatically by email or text message, or by a live operator from our E-911 certified monitoring center.
In any of our notification formats you will receive the notification within minutes of the person wearing our device leaving an "Inclusion" zone that you have chosen.
